Hibiscus herbal tea

Hibiscus originates from Central and West Africa, ours comes from Sudan. It thrives all over the world, in the tropics. Hibiscus flowers increase the drainage of water from the body (diuretic action), and as a rich source of vitamin C, they help eliminate colds and upper respiratory infections. The prepared drink is fresh and slightly sour spicy. Ice cold drink is a great thirst quencher in the hot summer months.
