Product description
It comes from the Chinese provinces of Fujian and Hubei, where tea plants grow at altitudes of 500–1,200 metres above sea level. After picking, the leaves are left to wither and undergo partial oxidation. Whilst being heated with hot steam, they are infused with a milky aroma. The finished tea has an unmistakably smooth texture and a milky, caramel flavour. It is best enjoyed without any additives.
